Adamas Black is Russian Caviar made in Italy from the Acipenser Baerii sturgeon, also known as Siberian Sturgeon, and processed with the traditional “Malossol” method. Egg diameter goes from 2,5 to 3 mm. It has a dark grey basic colour, taste is soft, fine and classy with a final aromatic fresh nuance.
